Group Discussions and Video Web Conferences
Group Discussions are held on Zoom.
Please go to your Calendar using the left hand side menu and find your calendar event for your Group Discussions. You should also have received an email allowing you to accept the appointment in your personal email calendar.
The group discussion event invitation from your Stream Leaders will have have the date and time for the meeting, converted to your time zone as set in your personal details. It will also have a link to join the Zoom meeting. Click on the link or copy the link details into a web browser to launch the Zoom application and join the meeting.
Authenticating with Mobile Phone
To pass Multi-Factor Authentication, you must have your mobile number entered in your personal details.
When logging on, you will be sent a code to your mobile telephone, and you will need to enter and submit the code to continue.
How do I reset my password?
If you are logged in you can do it in your settings.
If you are not logged in, and you don’t know your password, please use the forgot password link from the login page.
How do I unlock my account ?
Your account gets locked if you enter an incorrect password three times or more.
You need to contact us at Coach’s Companion technical support, and we can unlock your account.
